We are a small home based service providing a service to our local community in Egham, Surrey, UK.
By using our website you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms you must not use our website.
Agreeing to the terms of the website, should you wish to place an order for any of our services offered via our shop, you as a user agree to confirm that you are a resident or working in the locality. We cannot provide any services beyond the locality mentioned and any orders made contra to this will not be honoured.
Payment for services must be made in advance and there is no cancellation or refund due to the nature of the business and its low waste policy.
Orders placed online must be made at least one day in advance.
The delivery address provided at checkout can not be changed and delivery will be made on the specified day within the mentioned timeframe (12-2pm).
Food served may contain some of the 14 allergens listed: Peanuts, Nuts, Cereals containing Gluten, Milk, Sesame, Soy/Soya, Molluscs, Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites), Mustard, Celery, Lupin (EU Common), Fish, Crustaceans & Eggs.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
